We build an AI system that compares the new order with the last approved order. For example, it flags “Card weight changed from 350 gsm to 300 gsm” and shows where each value appears in the documents. It also flags details that are missing or disagree with across the files. Your team checks the findings and decides what to confirm with the customer.
